Frequently asked questions
We ask that everyone try to submit a design or logo that is at least 300 dpi and in a vector format. Anything less can become pixalated in the printing process. We do not offer any way to clean up a pixelated logo, so it's best to have the logo or design clean and crisp when you send it over. If you had the logo professionally made ask your designer to send the right specifcations so we don't have any issues.
Designs can be really be how ever many colors you want. Although we determine the cost to print or the CTP by how many colors are in your design. CTP is also determined on method but the determining factor most of the time is color. The most cost effective way to make sure you get your apparel at an afforable cost is narrowing down a design to one color. Now, if you can't compromise on color it's not an issue at all, just going to cost you a little more.
Online transactions cannot be paid in personal check or cash. They can only be paid by credit card via our online invoices through Square. Once the invoice is sent you can pay conviently online or on your phone. For online transactions we can also take payment over the phone at 614-546-7145. In person transactions can be purchased with cash. We do not accept any personal checks at this time.
Custom apparel cannot be returned. We go through a very comprehensive approval process before we begin the printing process. If you are unhappy with your apparel, we are very sorry that it wasn't up to your specifications but we will not refund or take back any custom apparel. We do return and exchange stock apparel minus the cost of shipping within 30 days of your invoice or reciept.
